Promote the Big Give SA Fundraiser: Share Your Story and Impact

Educators, we need your help to amplify the impact of our Literacy Fellowship during the Big Give SA happening now through September 19!

We're inviting you to take over our Facebook page and share your stories to inspire San Antonio to give big and read big. Together, we can reach our goal of getting 15,000 kids in San Antonio reading!

How You Can Participate:

1. Share a Video Testimonial:
   Record a video highlighting how the Literacy Fellowship has boosted reading in your classroom and school. Encourage everyone in San Antonio (and beyond) to support our mission—let’s give big, read big!

2. Post a Classroom Photo:
   Capture a photo of your classroom library with you and a student holding your favorite book. Pair it with a story to share on our social media.

3. Showcase Your Back-to-School Book Giveaway:
   Share photos and experiences from your back-to-school book giveaway. Explain why other teachers should join and why community members should volunteer as guest readers or donors.

4. Thank You Video to Najmi Charitable Foundation:
   Create a thank you video for the Najmi Charitable Foundation, whose support enables us to impact children across San Antonio through literacy. Encourage others to donate during their match time to maximize our impact. (Thursday, 9/19 at 11:11 am - Najim Charitable Foundation Grantee RESTRICTED 5 Minute Match)

5. Thank You Video to Mays Family Foundation:
   Create a thank you video for the Mays Family Foundation who has supported the expansion of the Literacy Fellowship for Edgewood ISD. Please create a video to thank the Mays Family Foundation and encourage others to donate during their match time to maximize our impact.
