Development Director – The Leaders Readers Network

Salary Range: $60,000- $70,000
The Leaders Readers Network is seeking an experienced nonprofit leader to serve as our Development Director. This senior leadership role requires demonstrated experience in nonprofit management, fundraising strategy, donor cultivation, and a passion for early literacy and education. The Development Director will lead and grow our fundraising efforts to advance our mission of building confident readers in Pre-K–3 classrooms through book access, teacher support, and sustainable literacy systems.

Programs Director (Part-time) – The Leaders Readers Network

$35,000-$48,500

The Leaders Readers Network is seeking an experienced education leader to serve as our Programs Director. This senior leadership role requires demonstrated experience in program management, district partnership development, educator support, and a deep commitment to early literacy. The Programs Director will lead and strengthen our core program initiatives—including district partnerships, the Volunteer Reader Program, Teacher Leader development, and signature events—to ensure high-quality implementation and sustainable, long-term literacy impact in Pre-K–3 classrooms.
