The Leaders Readers Network (TLRN) is growing—bringing our Literacy Fellowship to new regions across the United States and globally in Dominica and the Philippines in partnership with donors, foundations, and community champions who believe in the power of education.

TLRN is now expanding our Literacy Fellowship Program. With a proven framework to provide year round support, TLRN delivers high-quality literacy programming to more K-5 educators and classrooms in underserved communities.
How It Works
Each participating educator:
✅ Supports their classroom with book access and service projects.
✅ Engages community volunteer readers to share the joy of reading
✅ Implement and document the impact of book giveaways, lessons, and activities.
During the school year, educators build excitement for reading, foster community involvement, and develop sustainable literacy initiatives.

Fellows Receive:
A classroom library
Lesson plans designed to supplement curriculum with flexible implementation.
Two book giveaways (Fall and Spring).
Service project books for two literacy-based projects.
Invitations to community events.
