Yaneli Rosales
Hi, my name is Yaneli Rosales, and I am a senior at Canyon High School. I am excited to be an ambassador because I grew up in a town that didn't have very much money, so it makes me happy knowing that I get to help schools like the one I used to go to. I think learning is a very important skill that everyone should be proud of. Being able to know facts without looking them up on Google or asking AI is very impressive to me. Aside from LRN, I am a cheerleader at my school and on an all-star team, and also in NHS and StuCo. I can't wait for this upcoming year as an ambassador of this amazing nonprofit!!

Cali McKinley
Hi my name is Cali McKinley, and I am a freshman in college studying Sport Management and Human Performance, all while playing collegiate volleyball, coaching, serving on the leadership team of Fellowship of Christian Athletes, and serving at my church on Sundays and Wednesdays. Outside the classroom and off the court, I have a love for reading stories that let me travel to amazing places, meet new people, and see the world in a different light. But my true passion lies in serving my community anywhere I can. In my senior year of high school, I joined The Leaders Readers Network with my Spanish class and eventually applied to be a student ambassador. In my first year, I was the Holiday Card Winner, participated in the light parade passing out 300 books and building decorations, designed and painted Martin Luther King murals within my school, adopted a pre-k class and the entire kindergarten class at a Title 1 school, I conducted read-alouds, gave away over 1000 books, and received the Golden Apple Educators Award. The Leaders Readers Network is my favorite organization because of the people and the love everyone wants to give to others, and I cannot wait to continue working with TLRN again in my second year!
